Routine Steps for Skincare:

There are three types of skin. Dry, oily, and combination skin. This skincare routine is beneficial for all skin types.

Morning Routine: 

  • Face wash.Select a gentle cleanser that is appropriate for your skin type (for example, gel for oily skin and cream for dry skin). Cleanse your face to get rid of the oils and impurities that accumulated overnight.

  • Toner:Use a toner to regulate the pH of your skin and prepare it for improved product absorption. Look for substances that hydrate or soothe. Pat it lightly into your skin with a cotton pad or your hands.

  • Serum:Apply a serum that addresses your specific skin concerns (such as hyaluronic acid for hydration, vitamin C for brightening, or niacinamide for oil management). Using a few drops, gently push them into your skin.

  • Moisturizer:To lock in hydration, apply a mild moisturizer. Choose a formulation that is suitable for your skin type. If you have a tendency to break out, make sure it is non-comedogenic.

  • Sunscreen:Finish with a broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30 or above). Apply liberally to all exposed parts of your face. If you are outside or sweating, reapply every two hours. 

Night Routine: 

  • Face Wash
    Use the same gentle cleanser to remove your makeup, grime, and oil from the day.

  • Toner:
    Reapply toner to rejuvenate your skin.

  • Serum:To address overnight skin issues, repeat the application of your preferred serum.

  • Moisturizer:To help with overnight skin restoration, use a slightly heavier moisturizer or night cream.

Weekly Routine: 

Face Mask:
Use a Face mask to add extra moisture or to address specific issues such as brightening or calming irritation.

Homemade Face-pack for Glowing Skin. suitable for all skin, acne, and pigmentation.

  • Soak 20 almonds in water overnight, peel them in the morning, and mix a smooth fine paste with 10 spoons of raw Buffalo Milk. Store in the refrigerator. Apply this to your face every night, allow it on for 15-20 minutes to dry, and Keep it overnight on the face. Wash with water in the morning. You can store this paste up to 4-5 days in the refrigerator.

  • Take a whole white sandalwood stick, a turmeric stick (Amba haldi), and a nutmeg (Jayphal), mix them together, and apply to your face for 15-30 minutes. Rinse with water. Paste can also be made with powder.


How to do Facial at Home?

Cleansing – Use raw milk. Lactic acid in milk deeply cleanses the skin’s pores. For oily skin, combine 2-4 spoons of milk with 2-3 drops of lemon juice. Massage for 2-4 minutes and clean with soft cotton.

Srub – Triphla is an excellent Scrub. If you have pimples, apply a very fine powder of Trifla or skip it. Another way is  take Triphala powder, Honey, and Curd Make a paste and gently scrub it all over your face and neck for 5 minutes, wipe with a cotton.
Rice flour and a pinch of turmeric also good scrub; you may also add curd or honey.

Oleation – This process gives hydration, nutrition, and blood circulation to skin. Use Almond Oil and Kukumadi Beauty Oil. Take oil in your palm and massage it upward and in a circular manner for 10-15 minutes.

Steam – Using a steamer or boiling water, steam your face 10-15 minutes. You can add a small amount of turmeric, Triphla Churna, or Neem leaves in the steam.

Face Pack –
For Oily Skin: Apply paste of Tripla Churna, Turmeric, Multani Mitti, Curd, or Honey.
For Dry Skin: Make pack of Masoor Dal, Milk or Cream. Apply a thin coating. After applying face pack, don’t let it dry entirely. Rinse with water.

Toning (Skin Closer)- After finishing all of the instructions, close the pores on your face by applying Alovera Gel and massaging it in for a few minutes.
